SHIPMENTS

Our orders leave the warehouse during the next 24 from their process. The delivery time for national shipments is from 24h to 72 hours from dispatch. For international shipments from 48h to 72 business days from dispatch. In the period of sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will inform you by email.

The delivery time for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon (CET) will be 1 working day for urgent deliveries. If orders are placed after 12 noon (CET), on weekends or holidays, delivery will be delayed one more day.

FREE RETURNS&EXCHANGES

ATIR will accept returns and exchanges for garment orders for refund or exchange in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

International return instructions

Returned items must also include the original box with the original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

EXCEPTION Returns on sale items
For international orders customers must take care of shipping costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the change of size or refund of the returned garments.

REFUND

The term for reimbursement can range from 3 and 12 business days since we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative size, please email hello@atirbcn.com iinforming us your order number and what item you want to return or exchange.
