Refund policy

ATIR BARCELONA will accept returns and exchanges for garment orders for refund or exchange in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must also include the original box with the original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Enter MY ACCOUNT and in the ORDER HISTORY section, click on the REQUEST RETURN button.
Send an email to hello@atirbcn.com and we will detail how to proceed.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. The refund will be processed for the full amount of the order.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative size, please send an email to hello@atirbcn.com informing us of your order number and which item you wish to return or exchange.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?
If you make the return through our transport company DHL, the return will be free for you.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the change of size or refund of the returned garments.
