Our orders leave the warehouse during the next 24 from their process.
The delivery time for national shipments is from 24h to 72 hours from dispatch.
For international shipments from 3 to 6 business days from dispatch.
In the period of sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will inform you by email.
The delivery time for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon (CET) will be 1 working day for urgent deliveries. If orders are placed after 12 noon (CET), on weekends or holidays, delivery will be delayed one more day.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.

International: € 10
Atir will accept returns and exchanges for garment orders for refund or exchange in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must also include the original box with the original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. The refund will be processed for the full amount of the order.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative size, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your order number and which item you wish to return or exchange.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
If you make the return through our transport company DHL, the return will be free for you.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the change of size or refund of the returned garments.
The term for the refund can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.
Check the status of your order at any time in the My account section. If you still do not have an account, enter your email and the number of your order to go to the detail of your purchase.
I have not got my order yet
If your purchase has not yet arrived and the delivery period has already passed, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouses.
Items received are wrong or have a defect
If you have received an item with a defect or different from the one purchased, we will reimburse such items and shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and verify the condition of the garments.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier goes?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the same, subtracting the costs of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we offer you the possibility of sending gifts through our online store. To do this, make the purchase as usual, select the shipping address to which you want us to send the gift and in the "Shipping" step, check the "Gift wrap" option. You can write a personalized message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.
More information on refunds
We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the payment to your credit card or to your PayPal account always depends on your bank.
The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.
Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be returned when RITA is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.
