RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The return period is up to 15 calendar days from the moment you receive it. all returns processed from your personal account On our website.

1. Go to the atirbcn.com website and access the “My account”

2. Select the order you want to return.

3. The option to send us an email to hello@atirbcn.com will automatically appear. In this you must indicate which item you want to return, the order number and press “Submit”.

4. You will receive an email confirming your return request 

5. Prepare the item to be returned in a closed package; use preferably the same box in which it was shipped. If you have lost the box, use one of similar dimensions.

 

6. Within 24-48 hours, the TIPSA transport company will appear at the indicated shipping address to pick up the package. The transport agency will contact before to set the time.

7. Once the return has been received at our facilities and its perfect condition has been verified, we will proceed with the refund. In 24-48 hours the total amount of the returned product will be transferred to the same account as the initial payment.
